The Burbank Civic Pride Committee has announced the winners in the City’s 26th annual Holiday Outdoor Decorating Contest.  Only locations that submitted entries were judged. Six awards were given in the Residential category.

I am bringing my dog and kids to get a photo with Santa Claus!  Center Court in the mall is where all the action is.  Even if you do not have a dog, go by and see who the most polite dogs are!

I took the kids to the official Tree Lighting Ceremony at City Hall.  The John Burroughs High School Choir sang for the crowd!  Santa flew around in a helicopter, landed and then arrived to the holiday tree by a fire engine.  I don’t think it gets more dramatic than that!  However, Mickey and Minnie did arrive [...]

My daughter and I enjoyed Holiday in the Park on Friday, November 21.  I have to be honest, I have known about Holiday in the Park for years and I have never attended.  So we headed out the door!  It was a wonderful event that takes place on Magnolia Blvd from Buena Vista Street to Pass Avenue.
