Duckworth Consulting assists in creating and managing Business Improvement Districts (BID) in the Los Angeles area.  Don has currently succeeded in passing the Westchester BID and San Pedro BID.  He is currently working with both BIDs in a management capacity.  Duckworth Consulting is also working to create the KoreaTown BID.
